The Process

You must send me a pre-mediation interview via the web page (top right) so that I may see information such as DOB, addresses, children's ages, and so on. Then, I'll send you an email to set up a phone call after I provide the pre-mediation interview.

I'll need all of the paperwork you have for me to look over before our meeting (old separation agreements, court orders, letters, N.O.A, property appraisal, etc.)

In the next phase, I'll go over the mediation agreement you'll need to sign, the role of the mediators, and the entire procedure. After that, you are welcome to raise questions, and all of your problems will be handled and resolved. It will take about 30 to 45 minutes, after which we will prepare the agenda for the remaining 90 minutes. The agenda will include all of the topics we need to discuss; you will present your points, your partner will present their arguments, and I will add a few essential points. In most cases, one session will not be sufficient to complete the entire process. We'll talk about gifts, property, financials, and incomes in this section. In this session, you will learn how to communicate so that you may both hear and be heard. To grasp the points of dispute and uncover viable solutions, we will first recognize the other person's point of view. We will then concentrate on the disagreements to find a solution.

We'll take a break for a few days so you may consider your alternatives and, if necessary, consult with a lawyer, an accountant, or a financial broker. I will not charge more if I need to speak with your expert consultant about anything.

I will prepare the Memorandum of Understanding.

I will prepare the Memorandum of Understanding.

I will deliver the separation agreement to both of you simultaneously. That would be ready for signatures and legal guidance from a third party.
